Chuck Frenz, Investment Specialist, REALTOR®
“I’m proud of my referrals and repeat customers. That’s the truest test of customer satisfaction”
Chuck grew up in Springfield, Illinois and received his Bachelors in English Education from Western Illinois University. He worked on his Master’s Degree in Special Education at Arizona State University, and went on to become the Director of Psychiatry as St. Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix. However, he decided to explore a different career path and went into real estate there more than 35 years ago, specializing in commercial syndications.
In 1985, Chuck arrived in Florida and began selling new homes in the southeast Hillsborough area, noting the excellent schools, friendly lifestyle and vibrant real estate economy. He moved on to general real estate with Prudential Florida Realty, where he trained new associates. Chuck was also a professional speaker for several years on such topics as Creative Problem Solving. For the past decade, he has focused on the sale of new homes for various builders. In 2012, he was honored as Salesperson of the Year by the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association.
Today, from his post at Eaton Realty, Chuck readily applies his wealth of experience to helping clients negotiate and purchase their new, perfect home.
Happily married to his wife, Denise, for 33 years and with three grown children, Chuck appreciates the family atmosphere he has found at Eaton Realty. “I’m glad to be working for a company has my back, and one that puts agents ahead of profits,” he says.
